Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes on Delivery Times

All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Public holidays in the origin or destination country
  • Customs clearance procedures for international orders
  • Carrier delays outside of our control
  • High volume periods such as peak shopping seasons

We ship from warehouses located in the United States and China. Your order will be dispatched from the location closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible delivery.


Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value is required.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@thezfoldcase.com.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Z Fold Case is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable fees.


Address Changes

We are unable to change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@thezfoldcase.com before the order is dispatched.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thezfoldcase.com. We can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe for your region, please contact us at contact@thezfoldcase.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
