Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Screen protectors and single-use products that have been opened
  • Sale items and gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@thezfoldcase.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our team — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions. Return labels are issued solely at our discretion and only for eligible items that meet our return conditions. Please note that depending on your order and product type, the return address provided may vary, as we operate multiple fulfillment centers — the confirmed return destination will be included in your approval email.

Damages and Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@thezfoldcase.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve this at no cost to you — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original order and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
