The magnets on ring weren't strong enough to hold onto anything.

The case broke after 1 day of use. The cut out for the volume and power buttons are extremely hard to use. Form factor is great but if you can only use it once, it defeats the purpose.

It won't charge. Need to return

Case itself is pretty good. A bit more bulky than I would like, but I'll get used to it. What was frustrating was that I paid $15+ for expedited delivery and it still ltook 3 weeks. 3 days sitting before it was shipped. Then it traveled 14,000 miles to get someplace just 4000 miles away (it went from China across the Pacific Ocean to Chicago, then to California, then 3000 miles across the Pacific Ocean to Hawaii). Save your money and just take the free shipping.

The case is awesome! Excellent quality!

Didn't stand up well enough, it was too slanted, I wanted it more upright. The manet wasn't as strong as I had hoped. I have a fold and it kept slipping. Other magnetic cases worked better. The leather looked good but not for me.

kickstand broke

Very unhappy with the product. Bought it because ot was "magsafe" and that feature doesn't work on any of my wireless chargers that are all Qi2 Magsafe. Have send an email requesting full refund

I really did love this case the leather was beautiful and it fit perfectly but it was supposed to be mag safe and they do not work I ordered two and neither one of them a magnet will not stick to them and I already purchased all the magsafe accessories to go with it new cases so I'm going to be returning them I did try calling the phone number but it's been busy for hours and you can't even leave a voicemail so I did text support earlier I'm still waiting to hear back I would like to return these two cases and get a refund I'm terribly disappointed so please check your devices before you send them out
